FIFTY8 TWELVE DESIGN provides solutions to contemporary architectural, interior & urban issues & is well positioned to offer expert design, project documentation & project management / contract administration services to the corporate, institutional, commercial and residential marketplace to private owners, local and global companies, and for property developers and funds.

FIFTY8 TWELVE DESIGN’s holistic approach addresses all aspects of the project: construction methodology, cost parameters, services reticulation and integration, including sustainability, landscaping and interior fit out - from commencement through to completion.

The contractual basis for the studio’s appointment is the PROCSA Client-Consultant Agreement or a standard agreement in line with the South African Institute of Architects contract proposals.

This Agreement describes the duties and responsibilities of both client and architect, and forms a solid basis for a mutually beneficial relationship.

STANDARD ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

The standard architect’s scope of service and the architect’s function in performing this service for each work stage.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The following services are additional to the standard services and rank for additional fees. These services may be added individually or in varying combinations and shall only be provided by prior agreement between the client and the architect.
